Hello together
Unfortunately I have a problem with my PC. I have reinstalled the PC and every time I am installing Windows, my PC hangs. Either a blue screen appears with the message: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR or the image just hangs. I have tried everything on the HP help page. Unfortunately nothing worked. I also installed a new graphics card. However, I took it out and also tried it with my old one. Unfortunately, nothing works.

Hi @lenny49
Welcome to the HP Forum.
A WHEA error indicates a fatal hardware error has occurred. This error can also be caused by high component temps.
See if you can check your PC's hardware (only connect a: mouse, keyboard, and monitor) using HP Diagnostics as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem. Run extensive tests.
Finding a bad component can sometimes be easy or conversely, very difficult and time consuming. You may need replacement components to find the bad part.
It is often easier to have a local PC Tech take a look when you can't isolate the bad part using HP Diagnostics.
