This is an HP Blu-Ray unit, connected to the TV, not the computer. Do not remember the last time I watched a movie on the unit, but it was most likely The Patriot (commercial DVD, not Blu-Ray). Have unplugged unit for 1 min., thinking it would re-boot, but still no success. Have looked for software updates for the unit, but none found on HP site compatible with Windows 10 (o/s on laptop). Do you have any other suggestions for the unit itself? Thanks,
