It would be difficult to provide assistance using the information you are providing.

 

Do you see any screen error codes or any messages when your PC shows a bluescreen?

 

Can you sign in to Windows?

 

Windows has a bluescreen of death when the PC can't run Windows.

 

I think a BitLocker recovery key prompt does a bluescreen.

 

And some HP errors may show a blue screen.
