About 5 days ago I bought an audio interface that needed a Firewire port so I bought a 1394 PCIE Card off of amazon. I had windows 11 at the time but tech support said it was because of that but I went back to windows 10 and the same thing is still happening. Everything will work fine until a couple hours in when my computer randomly crashes and shows a blue screen saying Stop Code: HMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE. I tried updating drivers, reinstalling windows, testing the ports with the HP troubleshooters but everything came back as normal. I would love some help for this so I can go back to making music!! All the help is appreciated ❤️
