Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’ve been I’m unable to run windows on my computer. I received the error information:

\windows\system32\config\system error code 0xc000000d

I’ve tried using a usb with Windows 10 and following multiple walk through online. As a last resort I tried to reset the computer and was unable to even do that due to not having admin access.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi:

If you have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer and you have a 32 GB USB flash drive, make a bootable USB recovery drive using the cloud recovery tool.   That will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

You boot from it, so no admin access should be required.

Before trying to reinstall W10, run the hard drive diagnostics test in the BIOS (F2).

Here is a link for how to use the cloud recovery tool...
