Hello,

STOP CODE: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

I really need your help. I watched many videos and read articles. All of them says to restore windows or repair using windows media. But the thing is,

  • When I go F11 (system recover) it says wait... then again blue screen!!
  • When I tried to boot from windows 10 media again blue screen!!

Here are the things I have done so far..

  • I used system diagnostics (F2) and did Blue Screen symptoms scan.. All Tests Passed!
  • I did system diagnostics.. All tests Passed!
  • I did memory extensive, processor, system board, video tests All Passed!
  • I reset and Updated my BIOS to latest version
  • I changed my RAM module to the other slot, and tried another RAM
  • I removed RAM, Hard Disk, Battery and connected again

But I couldn't get rid of Blue Screen. I cannot log in to windows. I get Blue screen after HP logo that's it.

Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what WE typically can do in THIS self-help Community.

You have a couple of different options to chose from ...

--------------------

The first is that of specialized forums where where folks have vast experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and suggesting repairs for BSODs.

The community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/
--------------------

The second is using free software to examine the logs that BSODs produce. This app is known as bluescreenview and is available from NirSoft, from here: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

You will then have to go online to do searches with that information to get further suggestions about what to do.

Good Luck
