How did this happen?  After Microsoft update?  After BIOS ujpdate?  After a power surge?  After a new device or app was installed?

I believe your product ID is 4NM54AA#ABA please verify If it is then there is a cloud recover here

hopefully we can get the system to boot and  not have have to do a factory reinstall.

Can you press ESC and run diagnostics?  If so, please run 1 pass to verify the disk drive is good.

Can you press F8 and enter the BIOS?  If so, ensure secure boot is enabled and the "Windows Boot Manager" is the primary boot.  Verify date and time are correct.

The error code 0xc0000001 indicates system files are corrupted.  Possibly this can be fixed by entering windows SAFE mode and running the system file checker.

You will need an 8gb flash drivel.  Go here and to create the Windows 10 Installation media

Boot he USB flash drive and select the repair option

then select "Enable Safe Mode" as detailed here

https://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-boot-safe-mode-windows-10/

Once in safe mode run the following  from the windows administrator command prompt

Post back if F8 does not work or you cannot get into safe mode.
