HP ENVY 27-b206na All-in-One Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10 version 1809

When I turn audio up/down using key board or Bang & Olufsen pad too quickly.
The blue screen appears with message sending data message Page_Fault_in_Non_Paged_area RTKVHD64.Sys.
The PC then performs a restart.

This has started happening since a Microsoft update failure 'Intel(R) Corporation-System-2/22/2019 12:00:00 AM - 10.23.0.24
Failed to install on 10/5/2019 - 0x8007000d'. This initially caused no audio at all (a red cross by speaker icon). I have reinstalled all the latest audio and graphics drivers and the AUdio has returned  but now I have the Blue Screen problem described above.

Greetings,

Welcome back to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

You have a Realtek audio driver problem.

Download the following HP Audio driver update (Link).

Disconnect from the network.

I would try removing Audio drivers in Control Panel, Programs and Features. Remove any Intel audio/graphics drivers if present as it appears there may be a conflict or correlation with the Windows 10 Intel update.

Then remove any remaining Realtek and Intel audio/graphics drivers in Control Panel, Device Manager, if applicable.

Reboot if prompted (I would reboot anyway). Then install the HP audio driver update previously downloaded per above.

See if this helps.

Then reconnect to the Network.

Regards
