Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0053w

I got a blue screen of death and it says I need to do a full recovery. I am trying to order the recovery discs for my computer with no luck. Please help.

Hi:

 

I don't see that HP has recovery media for sale for your PC.

 

However, it is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will need to use another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.

If you are unable to do that, you can order a recovery kit from this vendor at the link below...
