Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Blue screen appears on my pc when i switched it on. I tried to reset it and it says there was a problem resetting your pc. It gives a log file C:windows32\Logfiles\Srt\srtTrail.txt

Greetings @Dombs28

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Sometimes Windows system files are so far gone it is not possible to do a Windows reset in the WinRE.

You may have to do a HP Cloud Recovery if your PC qualifies. Or do a clean W10 install using W10 installation media available at this Site.

Yu could also try a clean W11 install. W11 Installation media is available Here. A 10th Gen intel processor would support W11.

I'm guessing you are not concerned about backing up data on the system drive since you have tried a reset.

Have you run HP Diagnostics at system startup to verify the system drive is healthy?

Regards
