HP All-in-One 24-f0047na

I have automatic repair couldn't repair your pc. I have tried advanced options and nothing is working. I have no idea why it us not working.

What caused the problem in the first place?  

Power glitch?

Upgrade to windows 11?

Microsoft or HP update?

Add a new device, memory, etc?

 

Check warranty, some  24-F0047na had 3 year

if in warrany

1) Click on this link -
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.

if not in warranty I assume you looked here

at item 5 there is reset and advanced.  I assume you did the advanced.

 

You can try the reset option and specify to save local files such as documents, pictures, etc

 

Before doing the reset please tap the ESC key after powering on and run at least one pass through diagnostics.
