Blue screen ho can’t find operating system

I have a go that says operating system because it cannot find it

What you can try

• Disconnect unnecessary devices such as USB drives or printers, since they can sometimes confuse the boot process.
   
• If possible, check the hard drive connections and make sure cables are firmly connected.
   
• If you see a SMART hard drive type error, HP advises you to back up your data as soon as possible, because the hard drive may be failing.
