Blue screen saying my pc/device needs to be repaird

My computer just showed up with the blue screen saying my computer needs to be repaired.  I am not sure what to do at this point.   Can someone help?  I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and also ran the Blue Screen with Errors test, and it came back as PASSED.  Any help is appreciated!

Upload a screenshot, using your Cell Phone, to this Forum for better assistance.

Your PC could have a hardware problem or Windows files are corrupted.

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
