HP All-in-One - 22-df0013w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Crashed yesterday morning while using it and went to a solid black screen, however you could see the mouse cursor and move it around. ( Nothing else). Now it is stuck on the blue screen. I have tried to factory reset- error couldn't reset- it stays looping on a blue screen and everything I try says it cant load.

Hi @Kiiwibear,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you have trouble using the HP Desktop, which has crashed and is getting a BSOD error and is not able to use it. Sorry to hear about the issue. To isolate the issue and to provide a solution, please try the Hardware test first and let me know the result.

Extensive Test:

1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, as it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
