Greetings @Jazalyn
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Your PC may have a hardware problem or a hardware driver problem.
Does your PC have any errors in Device Manager?
Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
The easiest and quickest way to try to fix the problem is to do an in-place W11 upgrade.
Back up data on the system drive.
Then go to Settings>System> Recovery.
Do "Fix problems using Windows Update".
I would say you have a hardware problem if a W11 in-place upgrade does not fix your PC.
