My desktop usually ended up with CTITICAL PROCESS DIED and UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION bluescreen errors while using. I have tried to update the OS and drivers (incuding windows update and driver update using HP support assistant), and run the system diagnostic (including system file checker and HP diagnostic) but it didn't help. Any one know how to solve this problem?

Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what WE typically can do in THIS self-help Community.
What you need is a forum where folks have vast experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and suggesting repairs for BSODs, as follows:
The community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/
