Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This last windows 10 update on my HP desktop eliminated my Bluetooth capability. What happened can't get it back.

1 - Bring up the windows updates and undo the update that caused the problem

2 - Bring up the device manager and roll back the driver for the bluetooth device.  There may be a device under "bluetooth" and also under "network adapter'

3 - install the latest driver for the Realtek, or Intel, or whatever device that has the bluetooth in your system.

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.

alternately, go here and put in your serial number to find the name of the bluetooth device and post what you find.
