Fraud call?  800-425-2067.  Can't tell time and does not know how cell phones work.  Makes me a little suspicious about the veracity of this call.

HP and Forum Community HP Experts do NOT message, call, or email you and promise to fix a problem if you would just "call this number", give out your personal information, promise your first-born child, provide a credit card number.

Google-search for that telephone-number, and you'll find several reports about that number being associated with a "scam".  That is, if you believe anything you find posted on the Internet.  :Wink:
