I have tried hard reseting multiple times. Please someone explain how to fix this. The password to windows was entered incorrectly too many times. My dad reset the PC and now it will not turn back on.
I have also tried hotkey F10 as videos suggested and nothing is working.

It's NOT a good idea to reset a PC -- and the screen you are seeing indicates the drive likely has failed, meaning a reset is NOT going to work, no matter how many time you try it.
The screen says to press F2 -- did you do that? If so, what was the result?
