Hi
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat

Power on your PC, press Esc (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

Hi there.  I tried what you told me 3 times and I am still getting boot device not found.  Also if it helps, since I forgot to post it before, but before I get that message I see a red Text box with "Secure Boot Violation"

Invalid signature detected.  Check Secure Boot Policy in setup.

What am I suppose to check for there?

Hi

That is a non-secure Operating System being detected.

I can generate that on an an ACER with a Linux Operating System.

So it it could be

BIOS configuration error, SECURE/LEGACY boot.

Corrupted Boot Manager/Operating System

Failed Hard Disk.

The fact that

"Power on your PC, press Esc (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check)."

an F2 does not work may mean a Main Board failure.

I suggest you try a local repairer for an opinion, since you cannot establish a hardware test on the Hard Disk.

Oh no, I can do the system test and what not like you ask in the previous post and it comes up all green across the board.  Heck I even did the extensive test once and everything was all right, nothing failed the test.  With that in mind, what could be the issue?

BIOS

try looking at SECURE/LEGACY choices

and/or the boot manager.
