I assume you cannot boot into windows. Before trying to fix the startup problem please verify your hardware is good
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates or repairs if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.
If diagnostics pass try to boot into repair or safe mode.
This explains how to boot into safe mode

skip down to "Enter safe mode from outside windows"
select "startup repair"
