HP Pavilion all-in-one 24 - x a o x x x
  • Can't boot it up it keeps restarting it says there's no operating system there's no restore point or system image

Hi:

 

Run the hard drive diagnostics test (F2) and if the drive passes, the only suggestion I can offer would be to use another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

If the drive fails any of the tests, you will need to replace it before reinstalling the operating system.
