Eliteone 800 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Model HP EliteOne 800 G3, serial number CZC7457CV6. When starts, appears blue screen with the message SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED, error Netwtw06.sys. Then, starts automatic repair, unsuccess. If I try to start in safe mode, appears another fail (critical process died).

What can I do? Thanks a lot.

Hi:

If none of the recovery options are working, try reinstalling W10 using the HP Cloud Recovery Client software.

Run the software on another Windows PC.

I have attached the instructions for use below...

Finally, after re installing operating system from recovery media whitout results, the problem was the wifi network card. Changing it, te computer starts perfectly.

This solution was in several internet fórums, and I provided the information to HP support service from the first momento but they forced my to re install operating system, loosing information and programs (we have a particular Enterprise image) and delaying the resolution a week.

Just insisting  the technicians about the wifi network card I have managed to change it.

Please, register this error in the database for other similar cases.

Thanks
