Product: HP Envy Model 23 -m200a

Hi There,

My HP Desktop Model 23-M200A has lost the reboot software when I was trying to erase the data.

It was rebooting and before the completion, the power was off.

Does anyone know to get booting software for this.

 

I checked in HP website, they said it is not supporting it anymore.

Here is a thread that has two solutions.  The free one is the Media Creation choice noted by @Paul_Tikkanen but there is a pay method listed in the original post, but that restores the original OS - Windows 8.

Assuming that Windows 10 was already installed prior to this mishap, it will work again with the Media Creation tool but if it was still Windows 8, Windows 10 will not activate, but still work.
