Product: HP Pavillion All in One PC

Bought what I thought was brand new desktop from Walmart and it had someone else email and password

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

I would take it back to Walmart.

 

It is not a brand new PC.

If you bought it on the condition it was brand new & sealed, then I would take it back.

If you got a discount because it was a demo unit and the last one then just do a full factory restore by tapping F11 when you turn it on. This will wipe all data and accounts and set it back up in an 'out of box' state.
