My PC desktop has been back to HP  3 times for repair ,it is less than a year old.It is still broken I am entitled to a replacement.Despite numerous calls and emails they are doing nothing.Should I take legal action this has been going on for about 3 months now.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • What exact model of HP desktop is this?
  • What specific issues are recurring after each repair?
  • Did HP provide any repair case id or confirmation of what was fixed each time?
  • Do you have a receipt or proof of purchase and documentation of the repair attempts?
  • Have they offered any alternative resolution ?
