Unfortuately it was one of those things you find and just move on from but I'll try and find it as I'm sure others also have a similar issue.
I still haven't been able to get my PC to work with the web browser tool using every browser out there.
Every one does the same thing where it runs detect and fails and asks me if i want to retry.
If I login an goto support and select contact customer support, this is what shows up for my system:
Clicking on that does nothing at all. Totally worthless. I was considering paying to get an extended warranty but if i can't even get support while its under current warranty and it wont find my system.... phh
