HP Notebook - 15s-du1015tu

I have the problem CMOS 502 error.

For this error, I have to start my pc with the power cable. Or the laptop never starts.

I installed the bios version F.57 as this is recommended by HP Support Team to fix this error.

But the problem is still there...

And I can't change the CMOS battery because, I think, there is no CMOS battery in my laptop.

Please help me fixing this BIG PROBLEM!

And, if there is a CMOS battery in my laptop, where is the CMOS battery located?

The specs of your machine is

It does NOT have RTC (or CMOS) therefore no point to have CMOS battery. It does NOT have CMOS battery. Please try the following Guide
