I keep getting a CMOS Reset(502) error when I start up my computer and the battery won't charge at all. I have to keep it plugged in at all times to be able to use it.
I went to HP support to locate a new Bios driver but the only operating system that appears is Windows 10 and I have Windows 11. Where can I find the appropriate Bios driver for my WIndows 11 system???
Of is it ok to use the one for Windows 10 but if so which operating system "version" do I use?
Options are:
Windows 10 1903 (64 bit)
Windows 10 1909 (64 bit)
Windows 10 2004 (64 bit)
Windows 10 (64 bit)
Windows 10 S (64 bit)
Windows 10 Version 20H2 (64 bit)
Also, is there a chat support option? (to a real person, not an AI chat bot)
I appreciate your help.

you can use the windows 10 BIOS in windows 11, but I don't think it's a BIOS problem, if the battery doesn't charge it's because it's damaged and the CMOS battery is integrated to the battery.
