HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p050

When I start my computer, I'm greeted with a blue text box saying "A fan is not operating correctly" and "CPU Fan (90B)". While in the OS (Windows 10 64bit) my CPU fan revs up constantly, going from being motionless, to revving up, to back to motionless (idle/not high CPU usage) though while in a game, the fan works basically perfect doing what it should be doing and not revving. Any Ideas? (HP Pavalion Desktop- 570-p050)

Welcome to the HP Forum.

You should replace the fan/heatsink.

Your PC's product number is Z5N82AAR.

HP Part Surfer has the fan/heatsink combo (part number (866177-001).

Or you can buy this component on eBay.
