Product: HP EliteBook 840 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP EliteBook 840 G4, HP HD Camera 2C304A6B, Windows 10. The camera blinks and freezes. Unable to use video on conferencing software. Run HP PC Diagnostics Windows with limited success. In camera test I only see freezing picture (problem was even worse before running the tests and updating drivers there  – 0xA00F4271<MediaCaptureFailedEvent>0x800706BF and 0xA00F4289<ActiveCameraUnplugged> (0x00D3EA2) Now my video blinks, but the person in the other end of Skype sees only freezing picture

@MattiN -- it seems like the camera is intermittently failing. Your only solution is to replace it.
