Im currently using the 1MV60UT#ABA versions but soon I'll be unable to acquire these from my local vendor. I'm wondering if I get this model, does it have the proper downgrade rights for Windows 7 Pro? I already have a Windows 7 Pro installer and images made of the other device, but would the Windows 10 License hold up? From reading off of the Microsoft website, it seems to be OEM based.

Hi:
Usually when you want W7 Pro on a HP business PC, the downgrade to W7 is done at the factory, and you are given W10 Pro installation media in case you want to install W10.
I do see that you can install W7 Pro on that model by using the HP cloud recovery client software at the link below (under Software-Restore CD).

So, if you use the HP version of W7 Pro via the cloud recovery client, you should not need to enter a W7 product key.
If you use a non-HP W7 Pro image or installation media, you will most likely have to supply a W7 Pro product key.
HP will not give you a W7 Pro product key.
