Product: HP 14-dk1000 Laptop PC (8VZ02AV)

<My computer will not load the new HP Support Assistant. Said may need Legacy download, but it wasn't listed anywhere. Trying to optimize my computer and the help program doesn't work. Uninstalled old file, and reinstalled as prescribed, but didn't work.
