Hi:

You can run this free tool that I zipped up and attached below and it will show you why the Microsoft PC health check tool reported what it did.

The tool is perfectly safe, but you will get a warning that it is not safe to run.  You can click on the More Info and select Run anyway.

This tool is continuously being updated as the hardware requirements are debated back and forth.

Here is a screenshot of what the report will show you.

Mine failed because I don't have an Intel 8th gen core processor (which is why the Microsoft tool failed it).

This tool shows a yellow warning because the minimum processor specs may not yet be hammered out.

But as of now, Microsoft says Intel 8th gen and newer, and AMD Ryzen and newer.

Thanks I now know the CPU is the problem. It is 7th generation

You're very welcome.

Hopefully as the months go by and the public complains, Microsoft will relax their standards a bit.

I can't believe that our 7th gen core PC's are too old to run W11!
