Hi:
Yes, your PC will run W10 just fine.
I have two HP 8200 Elite CMT's and I had both of them running on W10.
I used a W11 hardware check bypass hack and now have both of them running on W11.
There should only be one driver you need to install after you upgrade from W7>W10 and that is for the Intel AMT system.
Here is the W10 driver for that:
Intel Management Engine Software

W10 will install a generic audio driver but I found that the W10 Realtek driver from the HP 800 G1 business desktop works better.

Here's how to upgrade from W7 > W10:
Make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
It will be easier to do this if you have a PC running W10 or W11 because on W7 or W8.1 you need to make some registry changes in order for the media creation tool to work. See this link if you only have your notebook to use.
After you create the bootable W10 installation flash drive, plug it into your notebook's USB port.
Have your notebook running and at the Windows desktop.
After you create the bootable W10 installation flash drive, plug it into your notebook's USB port.
Do not boot from the flash drive.
Open the flash drive in Windows Explorer.
You will see a list of files on the flash drive.
Double click to run the Setup application to begin the upgrade process to W10.
You have 10 days to go back to W7 in case things don't work as well on W10 for any reason.
