Hi:
You would need to post the full model number of your PC to get an accurate answer.
My best guess on what you posted, is the J2900 processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
If you look at the J2900 specs from Intel at the link below, you can see that it is a FCBGA1170 processor, which means it is soldered to the motherboard.
