Product: ExamPavilion PC 570ple: Pavilion 6530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Most of my 1T hard drive is in E:. I can download into E: but it doesn't show up if I try and transfer files into another drive.

Probably going into c:\uses\Scwdelta\Downloads instead of d:\Downloads or whatever you named the download folder.
I have similar problem: I used the windows 10 "location" property to move my download folder to my D drive but some of the download apps (Edge, Chrome, HP, Dell) don't bother to check with windows and do their own thing and periodically I round up all the items in those folders and consolidate them.
