practically, see all the windows versions delivered with a computer, general public!
the Windows OEM version, being a version without delivered physical media (cd/dvd), preinstalled, cheaper than a full Microsoft version

For some models you have an option without windows, freedos
But no computer, as you can find without anything at all it seems to me
that said, the oem version delivered is worth practically nothing!
