Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I have now tried several different models of Gen9 computers but cannot manage OSD with MDT. The previous generation is not a problem, only Gen9. The masks find the MDT server and download WinPE, but then it stops at the first image in MDT and nothing more happens. It doesn't matter if I PXE boot or boot from ISO/USB, the same problem occurs. As a driver in WinPE, I use SoftPaq #142621, which can be found at https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/WinPE10.html.

Please, can someone help me? I have a large number of machines that need to be deployed?

Hey Marsk,

Did you ever make any progress on this? We've a bunch of EliteBook 860 G9s at the moment and we're having similar troubles getting the devices to PXE boot.

Regards,
Jason

Yes, it was lack of drivers, not in the WinPE it was for the computer model.

It seems that hp just have released a new ver. of WinPE drivers: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/WinPE10.html . For devise drivers are vi using https://msendpointmgr.com/driver-automation-tool/, installed on the MDT server, it will import device drivers to MDT automatically with the correct name for each model.
