Hello. I need to upload a zipped folder with a Microsoft Access file in it. I am using the college's upload system.

The problem is every time I attempt to upload, the Upload in progress box never stops saying this, so if I click the Submit button, the instructor states that he did not receive the attachment.

I also had no luck in trying to send a screenshot of the problem through the school's email system.

I switched from Chrome to Microsoft Edge, but the problem persists. I was informed that the folder with the file is small (I zipped it), so that is not the problem.

The instructor said that no one else is having the problem, so it is on my end.

My Windows updates are current.

What is causing this and what can I do?

How big is your zip file ? Please check with your instructor and follow his/her instructions properly. There is an important factor: how fast is your internet upload ?

Regards.

Hello. My files is 992 KB. I am concerned that it is my internet speed because I have the most essential one. I will contact my ISP. Thank you.
