Can't get wireless mouse connected.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Let's get your wireless mouse connected! 😊 

 

First, make sure it's powered on and has fresh batteries. If it's a USB wireless mouse, check that the receiver is plugged into a working USB port. For Bluetooth mice, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your PC and try re-pairing it by going to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Add a device
