Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I encountered a problem installing Windows 10 and 11 after deciding to try Linux. At the beginning of 2024, I decided to switch to a different system, and after some time, I decided to switch back to Windows 10, but I encountered an error: A media driver your computer needs is missing. I tried many options, re-plugged the flash drive into different ports, tried to install the disk drivers from the official website, but the error remained. Please help me solve this problem.

That PC is supported in the HP Cloud Recovery tool

Make the media and boot to that new media to restore the PC to normal.

On the instructions, did you notice these?

Note: To locate the product ID, look on the back of the computer for a label. You can also see Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories for more information about locating the product ID.

 

Note: If the product ID has an AV before a pound sign (#) and a three-digit number, do not include that information in the product ID. For example, if the product ID is JGT75AV#123, you would only enter JGT75AV as the product ID.
