Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all. I had windows 10 on my computer and I couldn’t get back into it so I guess I deleted it and I’m trying to reinstall windows 10 but it won’t let me. I’ll insert the disk and it’s like my computer won’t read the disk and the auto diagnostic will just keep telling me it found a problem but won’t tell me the problem or I’m just not in the right screen to see it.

Hi:

You need to boot from the W10 disk.

Have the disk in the PC, turn it on or restart it.

Immediately start tapping the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu, and from there, select the DVD drive and press the Enter key.

The PC should then boot from the DVD drive...watch for a message on the screen to press any key to boot from the DVD.

Press any key when you see that notice.

Thank you all for the help. It turns out my drive was partitioned. Command prompt, disk list and clean disk was the solution. Easy peezey I just made it more complicated than it should have been.

You're very welcome.

Glad you got W10 reinstalled.
