Trying to run a DPS-Self test because i’m getting “Media test failure” and “Non-system disk or disk error”.
Pressing F2 at pc start up gets me into the diagnostics menu (see picture) but i can’t select anything. Only key that works is ESC
What do i do to fix this please? At this stage my computer is pretty much unusable - and I don't know why

Hi,
A non-system disk or disk error generally means the primary HDD containing the operating system has failed.
You will probably have to replace this component.
I hope you back up data to external media.
Replacing this disk means rebuilding the system unless you use disk imaging software.
