A while ago I changed by accident my adminstrator user into a local user.
Now I'm not able anymore to do anything.
I'm not able to change my account into a administrator, I cann't add an administrator.
And when a program wants to do an update I don't have a Yes button only a No button.
I tried to do a recovery but there was only one option (date 3-10-23) but my change of user was before that date.
I hope this is a bit clear.
Who has a idea for this.

Hi @KarinRe
Welcome to the HP Forum.
You might be able to log in to the hidden Windows admin account in safe mode when there is no other admin account. I can't test this since all of my PCs have at least one active admin account.
The hidden account, if available on the safe mode login screen, would require no password.
You could then change your account back to an admin account.
You are stuck if this does not work. You need an admin account to: change a standard account to an admin account or create a new admin account. You may have to backup data and reinstall Windows.
Start Safe Mode
Hold down the "Shift" key when doing a restart while in Windows.
Select the following as you go:
Troubleshoot
Advanced Options
Startup Settings
Restart
Now select Safe Mode.
