As in the title, I am struggling to complete my profile, dropdown lists for language and region etc. are not showing any data to select and these are mandatory fields. I tried Edge, Firefox, Chrome, cleared site data, cookies, disabled VPN, no difference at all. What else could be done here ?

Hi @Irwin6,
The account has been set up already, last thing I need to do is to complete profile information but it says "user deactivated" and no possibility to select data in the mandatory drop-down list fields like country/region and language.
