The HP specs say it has BT 5, so you should be able to use BT devices.

 

To PAIR a BT device, you have to first put it into pairing mode -- and that depends entirely on the device as to how it is done.  Usually, there is an LED on the device, and when it is in pairing mode, the LED blinks.

 

You then go into the BT settings on your PC, put it into discovery mode and it should see the device and allow you to select it.
