Hi:

 

Sorry that I didn't check the link.

 

Microsoft has quit support for Windows 8, and now the troubleshooter is only good for Windows 8.1 and it is built in.

 

That is why the page is not found.

 

I'm afraid you are either stuck with W8, or you will have to clean install W8.1 using the info I posted.

 

You can also use the free Rufus utility to create a bootable USB flash drive if the Microsoft tool I attached the other day doesn't work.

Hello
This problem seems to have different sources!
But regularly there is a problem with the router!
Tried to connect to Ethernet if you are on WIfi, check / restart your internet box
