I understand how  it must feel to be blocked from accessing your email, especially when the message is asking you to adjust browser settings.  

Could you please confirm the HP model of your device?   Also, may I check whether you’re trying to update the email on your HP account, sign in for HP Instant Ink, or if this is a PC concern related to your browser and email access?


Once you let me know more about the issue you are facing,  I can guide you with more specific steps.
