HP Recommended

When I turn on my hp eny, I only see the picture. There is not a log in box that has always shown up. There are not any icons along the bottom, nothing. I did read some how to’s but since there are not any icons to click I cannot do what the advisements were. 

I have turned off my lap and let it sit and then tried again, the same only pic was displayed. How do I get into my laptop with only a pic displayed?

do not do 7 or 8 in the above.   Provide your Product ID including the characters after the # symbol.

 

Did you have a second monitor and disconnected it?
